Latest Progress

Haven't being able to update this boring blog of mine, which is a shame. I don't have a digital camera that can take a nice photo, neither that I have a nice backdrop that could allow me to do so. It's a shame that a guy like me in this digital age who doesn't even have a digital camera!!! Well, I have other priority, plus although I have interest in photography, but I don't do it that often, so there's no point for me to own one unless I'm really going to use it.

I think I might have skipped quite a lot of updates between MG Strike Freedom Full Burst Mode and 1/72 VF-25F Messiah. So, I'm going to list down what I've done last year in order below.

1. Bandai MG 1/100 Strike Freedom Full Burst Mode
2. Bandai MG 1/100 Hi-Nu Gundam
3. Bandai MG 1/100 Strike Noir
4. Bandai MG 1/100 Unicorn Gundam Ver. Ka.
5. Bandai MG 1/100 Infinite Justice Gundam
6. Bandai 1/72 VF-25F Messiah Alto Unit
7. Bandai 1/72 VF-25S Messiah Ozma Lee Unit
8. Bandai 1/72 RVF-25 Messiah
9. Bandai 1/72 VF-25G Messiah

I built quite a lot of them last year after I got my air brush system. It was very difficult because I need to find time to build all of them, but hey, at the end I could put a smile on my face to look at the finishing products and say "wow, that's awesome" although it may not up to the standard of the pro modeller.

Next on my list? I'm currently building the Bandai MG 1/100 RX-78-2 Gundam Ver. 2.0, which for me is a must have because this is the first Gundam. I was very amazed to how Bandai has made a lot of improvement on this one because most of the parts are one piece by itself, so the usual cementing 2 parts together and using putty to hid the parting line is not needed. Yet, there are still parting lines that have to be dealt with, which can be done by using a design knife and some sand paper.

Alright, hopefully I could get it done soon, because I have 2 giants in the waiting list that I can't wait to get a hang on it. Those 2 giants are my Bandai PG 1/60 Astray Red Frame, and Bandai PG 1/60 Double O Raiser(which I have yet to receive it from XL-Shop since their supplier delayed the shipment... cry).
